In one of my Copilot Studio agents, I utilize the Microsoft Teams 'Post message in a chat or channel' tool to post data collected by Copilot posting as Flow Bot and posting in Chat with Flow bot.  Copilot Studio and Teams are subscribed to under the same account.  91% percent of the time, everything works perfectly.  However, every so often I receive a connectorRequestFailureThe connector 'Microsoft Teams' returned an HTTP error with code 400. Best I can tell, the amount of data collected and attempted to be posted is well below the 500K limit.  Suggestions?

There are unfortunately a multitude of reasons this can happen, and would need to see the actual details from that Copilot run (if you are logging, or if you can look at the activities tab).

What would be good to see as sometimes just talking it out helps is:
    * For the 9% that fail, can you see any similarities at all. The person who ran it, the data collected, the anything at all.

It may require that we configure debugging to really help you out here, but if you can share data from the flow run it would really help.

If these suggestions help resolve your issue, Please consider Marking the answer as such and also maybe a like.

    Thank you!
    Sincerely, Michael Gernaey

Hey @Michael E. Gernaey.  Thank you, in advance, for the assist.  Full disclosure, I'm a novice at best so patience and guidance are appreciated.  ;-)

A multitude of potential reasons are exactly what I'd expect.  It's a fairly straightforward agent.  It monitors an email folder and when email arrives, it summarizes details and notifies me in Teams with the summary before marking the email as read and moving it to deleted items.

For the ~9% of failures, I've not noticed any commonality.  The messages vary in size, and none are very long, but still longer or shorter than others in the ~91% that work fine.

I've included a screenshot below with any sensitive info redacted as a starting point.  For reference, though Copilot and Teams are subscribed using the same account, the monitored email folder is located in a different M365 domain in a different tenant and the agent is configured to utilize the correct creds where applicable.  Likely not an issue but sharing for context.
