Power Automate Flow Sudden Failure

I have detailed the issue as much as I can.

So, I built a Power Automate flow to pull data from a paginated report on a published dataset, and then produce a file of that data to be sent out via email, internally or externally. The flow worked well and was turned on middle of December. It ran daily without a hitch until the 10th March when it failed and will not rerun.

The issue is with the 'Export to file for paginated reports' action.

The flow targeted a paginated report to produce a .csv file, manipulate it a bit and then send it out via Outlook. The error reads {"error":{"code":"InvalidRequest","message":"Report requested for export is not on dedicated capacity"}}

This had has been working for 3’ish months every day without a problem. I had a Power BI Pro licence at the time and always had. I have recently been upgraded to Premium, but the issue persists.

Logic apps throws the same error.

Any advice would be welcome.

    I did a quick search and the error seems to be related to a licensing issue in the Fabric side. Ideally you should have a Premium license to perform this action (and you do).

    Based on your description, I would recommend you to double check if the Fabric workspace where the report is stored is configured to have the Premium capacity license. It is possible that your workspace had a Fabric Trial before (Microsoft was renewing it over and over for some tenants), which expired and returned to Pro by default.

    Thank you so much for such a prompt reply.

    It does sound feasible, although I believe the report was actually created before we started on a Fabric trial (which was constantly renewed).

    I'm making moves to try and confirm the dates etc....

    Hi,

    I checked the workspace the report was created in, it’s not a Fabric one, and checked on it’s licence info.  It was set as Pro.  I changed it to Premium and the flow now runs.

    Thank goodness for the Power Platform Community.

    Happy days,
    Lewis.
