I have one chatbot built by Power Virtual Agent and manual set up some topics. I'm wondering is there any way to train chatbot with some documents like .pdf.
I know it can be done via generative answers in copilot studio but problem is this feature is disable by my company's admin and not sure when it can be enabled.Is there other option to do this?

Using generative answers to setup topics is the easiest way to follow. But if you don't have that option, you may try Custom question answering solutions using Azure Cognitive Services.

I am trying to find some low-code way to do it. I see Microsoft said chatbot can trigger power automate and from power automate call cloud flow to read document. Do you think it is feasible?

May I check if your organization have Dataverse environment and maintaining any apps as part of your implementation?
The best way you can upload a pdf document is below, I have tested just now and works
Open Copilot Studio --> Settings --> Generative AI --> Upload a document as below highlighted
So, this should then your bot will be able to respond based on your content in the pdf document.

An easy method to verify whether Dataverse is enabled for your environment is:
Yes I can upload document here. But problem is my admin disable these features. I test it chatbot cann't answer from my upload document even it had been uploaded. So I am trying to find another way 😣
I would recommend you to work with your Admin to see if you can work around this issue.

Thank you. I had figure out using Azure AL language as solution. It is sort of replacement of QnA maker. I upload document and save it as KB. From PVA trigger power automate to call cloud flow.
