Automating Web Automation Flow resume downloading

Hello All!

I am newish to Power automate and have been trying very hard to automate the process of analyzing lots of resumes and profiles for my work. I am for example, trying to scrape a table of candidates in Handshake that have a little folder icon on them that allows you to download a resume, I then want to take all the resumes, about 100 and run them through an AI engine so fine good candidates. I am have a lot of issues with my version of Power Automate to do this. It is a non-premium license and when I use chatGPT as a guide for my flows it seems to recommend me actions that don't exist in my version. I would love some guidance on this flow and some logic to do it. Thanks all!

Hi @JS-25040024-0

This is a very large ask, as it requires premium credits for AI to do this. Plus this is not really something that we do (create from the ground up) and unfortunately, the images will probably never come through. Not your fault, its a known issue.

I would also like to say, that it will be and can be a large expense to do what you are asking based on the exact number of credits the hundreds of resumes you are talking about need.

@Michael E. Gernaey Thanks for taking the time to respond to my question! I want to clarify that I will be using ChatGPT to verify the resumes-this is the easy part. Additionally, I have seen YouTube videos of people successfully web scraping and downloading files with power automate and I have had success cycling through the native table of the webpage and downloading at least 1 file at a time; however, I lack either the know-how or the actions in my version of Power Automate.

My problem right now is being able to set a dynamic variable within the table so that I can cycle through each row and have the recorder or an action either click into a specific candidate profile or click and download a file icon holding a pdf of the candidates resume.

Again, the AI portion of this is not included in the direct flow, it's an endgame that I would like to achieve, but the end of the actual power automate flow should result in a folder within my downloads folder, holding all the resumes.
