Since I got error code 2000, I couldn't use the chatbot after that yesterday.
But today it works fine. The flow is very simple.
When I checked the log, the maximum number of sessions per day was not exceeded.

As far as I can see in the error code list this might be related related to topic logic.

Under code 2000 it lists:

The user is trapped in an infinite loop. Check to make sure {Topic Name} reaches a logical conclusion.

The resolution suggestion in that same doc is:

Make sure the topic ends properly, or links to other topics that end properly, such as the Escalate system topic.

Yes, this is definitely the bot in an infinite loop. Go ahead and discount double-check your logic. You may just need to end a topic with Escalate, End with survey, Goodbye, Thank you. These are under the "Redirect to another topic" location.
