Power Automate Not Showing Any Flows (My Flows Empty), Slow Loading Despite Existing Flows

I'm running into an issue with Power Automate and hoping someone has seen this before.

I have approximately 7-8 cloud flows that I've created and have been using successfully. However, when I log into Power Automate, the portal takes a very long time to load, and eventually under My Flows it says:

Same thing with Shared with Me section as well.

The strange part is that these flows definitely exist and have been working previously. A flow ran half hour ago lol.

Things I've already checked:

  • Verified I'm signed in with the correct account.

  • Checked the environment I believe the flows were created in.

  • Refreshed the page multiple times.

  • Tried different browsers.

  • Cleared browser cache/cookies.

Additional details:

  • The portal is extremely slow to load before displaying the "You don't have any flows" message.

  • I do have Power Platform/Power BI Premium licensing.

  • The issue appears to affect all my flows, not just a specific one

  •

Has anyone experienced this issue before? Are there any known service, environment, permission, or synchronization issues that could cause existing flows to disappear from the My Flows view?

Any troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi @DS-23071744-0 - The issue appears to have resolved itself. Performance has returned to normal; the Power Automate portal is loading significantly faster, and all previously created flows are now visible under My Flows.

I didn't make any configuration changes on my end, so it may have been a temporary service, caching, or synchronization issue within the Power Platform environment.

    Hope this is helpful!
