Inquiry: Best practice for distributing a personal daily email summary cloud flow to team members

Hi Microsoft Support Team,

I have successfully created an automated daily email summary cloud flow with the following structure:

      1. Recurrence Trigger: Set to run every day at 8:45 AM.

      2. Action: Triggers my AI agent to summarize my daily emails and send a summary report to my inbox.

The flow runs successfully under my account. Now, I would like to share this automation setup with my colleagues so that each of them can have an agent review their respective emails and send a daily summary to them.

Could you please advise on the recommended approach for this? Specifically:

  • Is there a way to share access or distribute this template so they can set it up quickly without rebuilding it from scratch?

  • How should connections (Outlook and the AI Agent) be handled so that each user runs the flow against their own personal mailbox?

Thank you for your guidance!

    Hi there!

I think this is the easiest way to accomplish this:

    Create:

    • One managed solution

    • One flow template

Then each user creates a connection and enables their own copy.  This is how most organizations deploy personal productivity automations at scale.

    High level steps:

    • Create Solution

    • Add Agent and Flow

    • Configure Connection References

    • Export Solution

    • Share Agent

    • Import Solution per User

    • Create Personal Connections

    • Enable Flow

    • Validate Mailbox Context

    • Deploy Organization-Wide

    Hi

    Thanks for the feedback.
I have successfully exported the agent from Copilot Studio, but I noticed that the daily recurrence flow did not automatically deploy alongside it for users.

To make this seamless for our team of 50 people, can we bundle both the Copilot Agent and the Power Automate recurrence flow into a single Power Platform Solution package? My goal is to provide a single-file installation where colleagues can import both components at once without having to manually rebuild the automation.

Please let me know if the solution packaging approach is the best way to handle this for individual user mailboxes.
