Hi all,
My copilot studio Microsoft channels were disabled suddenly over night.
I has been working all these while and this happened and I am not able to add more users to it.

Can anyone advise where to enable this?

Add on information, I have been using Authenticate with Microsoft.

If your Copilot Studio Microsoft channels (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams, or other Microsoft channels) suddenly became disabled overnight after previously

working, the issue is usually related to licensing, authentication, environment settings, tenant policies, or a Microsoft service change, rather than something you

    accidentally turned off.
    • Check Copilot Studio → Channels for the exact error message.
    • Verify licensing for both the environment and affected users.
    • Confirm Microsoft authentication settings are still valid.
    • Review Power Platform Admin Center and Microsoft 365 Admin Center for recent changes.
If everything looks correct and the issue started suddenly without any configuration changes, open a Microsoft Support ticket because this may be related to a

backend service or tenant configuration issue.

    Hi @Bjon,

The most common cause of Microsoft channels suddenly disabling is an expired or revoked OAuth token or app registration credential.
    Go to:

    1. Copilot Studio > Settings > Security > Authentication

    2. Check if there's a warning or error on the authentication configuration

    3. If using a client secret or certificate, verify it hasn't expired in Entra ID (Azure Portal > App registrations > your app > Certificates & secrets)
For the Microsoft 365/Teams channel specifically:

    4. Go to Channels > Microsoft Teams > Disconnect, wait a minute, then reconnect and republish

    5. Check PPAC > your environment > Settings > Product > Features and verify Copilot Studio is enabled

Also check: if your tenant recently had a Conditional Access policy added or modified, it can revoke existing tokens for all service principals overnight, which would simultaneously disable all Microsoft channel connections.

    Best regards,

    Valantis
