Hi everyone,

I’m looking for guidance on the most reliable and efficient way to handle a recurring data upload process using Power Platform tools.

Scenario:

Before uploading, I need to completely delete all existing records in the SharePoint list and then insert the new dataset.

Current challenges:

Questions:

What is the best architecture or approach to handle this volume (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataflows, Azure, etc.)?

Is using Power Automate with batching or pagination sufficient, or should I consider something like SharePoint REST API, Azure Functions, or Dataflows?

What’s the most efficient way to delete all records from a SharePoint list at this scale?

Are there recommended patterns for bulk insert into SharePoint to avoid throttling?

Would it be better to avoid deleting/reinserting and instead do incremental updates (even though the dataset changes completely each week)?

Any best practices, sample architectures, or proven approaches would be greatly appreciated.
