We are trying to rollout Copilot agents which uses Microsoft ServiceNow Connector tools.

But, we are facing challenges in creating a shared connection which can be used by all our employees for these servicenow connector tools.

I created a Entra ID Oauth certificate based connection and shared it with everyone in our company in power apps.

Users see this connection in M365 and copilot chat. But, when they try to apply this shared connection, they get below error.

I see 500 in network trace logs when users are getting this error.This means Binding the connection to the user session FAILS.

Does anyone have steps to resolve this issue?
