Sharing AI Agent messages do not seem to be correct

Hi There,

When I tried to share the agent, in Copilot Studio, the messages next to each checkbox do not seem to be correct. So, in my humble understanding, they swap can with cant and vice versa as shown in the below image.

I maybe wrong but it worth sharing this to get the right advice from the expertise.

Yes, this does look confusing, but the current wording is actually describing the permissions when the checkbox is unchecked.

So in your screenshot:

Checked = user has that permission

Unchecked = user does not have that permission

Meaning:

“Can manage connections…” → permission granted

“Can’t view Analytics…” → permission not granted

“Can’t view, edit, configure…” → permission not granted

So technically the UI is behaving correctly, although the wording can definitely feel misleading because the text changes between “Can” and “Can’t” instead of consistently describing the permission itself.

You could consider this more of a UX wording issue rather than a functional bug.
