Hi community,

I am getting the following error on my Power Automate flow that uses
the Microsoft Teams connector:

Error code: ExtensionError
Message: Operation: Create; Exception: [Status Code: Forbidden;
Reason: User has reached its limit of 5 subscriptions on Teams channel]

My flow triggers when I am mentioned in a Teams channel and updates
a SharePoint list.

Has anyone encountered this and resolved it?
Is there a way to clear existing subscriptions via Graph Explorer?

This is a limit imposed by Microsoft that cannot be changed. If you have flows turned off that trigger with the following on a Teams channel, you can delete them to free up a subscription:

When I am mentioned
When a new channel message is added
When a channel message is updated

When a flow triggers with one of these it creates a subscription against the Teams service on behalf of the user the connection is using. That is probably why the workaround in link above works since the subscription gets created on a different account. But, once you hit five subscriptions on that account, you will have the same problem.
