Request to Remove Certified Connector from Power Platform

We published a certified connector on the Power Platform connector ecosystem several years ago. We're discontinuing the product and would like to understand the process for removing or deprecating it from the public connector reference.

If your goal is governance and security, blocking the connector through a DLP policy is the supported and recommended approach.

If your goal is to completely hide the connector from makers, there is currently no native tenant-level feature to remove Microsoft-certified

connectors, and a product enhancement request would be required.

    Hi @11manish,
Thanks for your reply, I have updated the post with the details. Not sure why they weren't shown before.

A Connectors can be blocked or restricted via policies but you cannot directly remove or unpublish it from the public connector reference yourself and there’s no native feature to hide/remove it globally once certified.

Thanks  , but we're not looking to block the connector within a tenant via DLP policies, we're the publisher of the connector and want to remove/deprecate it entirely from the public connector reference so it's no longer available to anyone.
Is there a process through Partner Center or the certification team to request full removal or deprecation as the connector owner?

If you no longer have the original certification contacts, open a support request through the official Power Platform connector certification

support channels and state that you are the publisher of a certified connector and would like guidance on connector deprecation and

retirement from the public connector catalog. Include the connector name, publisher details, and planned end-of-life timeline to expedite the

    process.
