I have a simple lookup created as an agent, basically a "Who is the store manager at store X", or "Who is the market manager for market Y", the agent runs great but it spits out the wrong response it will pull someone from a different store or different division and not the store/market in question.
Any ideas on why it does that or how I can fix it?
Without seeing your Agent, your instructions, your knowledge, your topic, how you have it all configured, are you using Tools to query the data? are you just pointing at SharePoint and saying hey find me the data etc?? no, there is not really a way to do that.
