Issue Adding Existing SharePoint List to Power Apps Vibe

Hi Expert,

I am unable to add an existing SharePoint list to Power Apps Vibe. After adding the list from the Data tab, the data source becomes unusable and cannot be properly used in the app.

Please note that all columns in the SharePoint list are Text columns, so the issue does not appear to be related to unsupported column types.

Kindly confirm whether this is a current Power Apps Vibe preview limitation, a connector issue, or a bug that needs further investigation.

Regards

Hello, I am also having the same issue...

I did find some in YouTube that are able to connect to SharePoint, but unable to replicate it.

here's the exact issue im am getting → Issue Importing SharePoint List data into Vibe - Microsoft Q&A

I think this is an isolated issue. This is probably more like a global issue where more people are getting the same thing.

    Please help, thanks in advance.

    Since:
    • The SharePoint list contains only text columns,
    • The connection is successfully created,
    • The failure occurs after the data source is added,
this does not appear to be related to unsupported SharePoint column types. It is more likely one of the following:
    • Power Apps Vibe preview limitation.
    • Issue with SharePoint connector support in Vibe-generated apps.
    • Product bug/regression in the preview experience.
As Power Apps Vibe is still evolving, there are currently known gaps between traditional Canvas Apps and the Vibe experience, particularly around data source

handling and AI-generated app interactions. If the same SharePoint list works correctly in a standard Canvas App, that would further indicate a Vibe-specific limitation or bug rather than an issue with the SharePoint list itself.

I was seeing this issue as well, where the table would add to the canvas but never fully load. Gave it another try today after seeing this post and it appears to be working. Table fully loads on the canvas and existing data can be viewed.
