    Currently:

    •  There is no dedicated environment-level switch called "Disable AI Builder".

     The closest approaches are:
    • Turn off AI prompts.
    • Turn off Preview and experimental AI models.
    • Remove AI Builder credits and block unassigned credit consumption.

There's no single "Disable AI Builder" toggle, but here's where to restrict it:

PPAC > Environments > select your environment > Settings > Product > Features:
    - Turn off AI Builder preview models
    - Turn off AI prompts (Copilot)

PPAC > Environments > select your environment > Settings > Product > Behavior:

    - Turn off "Allow users to analyze data using AI-powered features"

For credit-based restriction: PPAC > Billing > AI Builder credits set block at overage to prevent consumption beyond allocated credits. With no credits allocated and overage blocked, AI Builder models won't run.

For DLP-based restriction: create a DLP policy that blocks the AI Builder connector in that environment.

    Best regards,

there's no single switch, but combining the feature toggles (AI Builder preview models, Copilot prompts, the 'analyze data with AI' behavior setting) with a DLP policy blocking the AI Builder connector gives you near-complete coverage at the environment level. The credit-block route is also handy if you want a billing-side safety net rather than a hard feature cutoff.

You can disable AI Builder at the environment level in the Power Platform Admin Center by following these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Power Platform Admin Center: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/
    2. Select Environments from the left navigation pane.
    3. Choose the environment where you want to disable AI Builder.
    4. Click on Settings for that environment.
    5. Under Product, select Features.
    6. In the Features settings, locate the AI Builder section.
    7. Toggle off the option for AI Builder or AI prompts to disable AI Builder capabilities in that environment.
    8. Save your changes.

AI Builder/Copliot features enable or disable.

You can also disable preview and experimental features.

AI prompts can be disabled also.
