Hello,
We are on new outlook and it seems to have removed the options to be able to tag a an email with a category, we used to use these categories to report on trends we were seeing from customers (if we are missing a trick here please let me know that we can categorise again)
But it did occur to us that this is a old method of reporting and what new tools might be out there for us to use? I would be interested in some advice and experience here what would you recommend?
