Hi everyone,

I'm using a trigger "When a new e-mail arrives in a shared mailbox" v2.

One step is to move an e-mail into a specific folder, if there is a number in the e-mail subject, which isn't existing in a sharepoint list.

After adding a number in the SharePoint list, I'm trying to forward this e-mail to me again, it is in the Inbox folder, but my workflow doesn't start again. Can you help me to solve this issue?

You are using a trigger on Shared inbox and you mentioned that you are forwarding email to yourself.. Can you try forwarding it to shared inbox?

Sorry for the missunderstanding. I'm forward the e-mail to the shared inbox, where a trigger should run.

Does it have FWD in the subject? If yes, can you clear it and make it like a new email and test again?

Thank you! It works if I delete FDW in the subject.
