Is there a Power Apps Written Documentation.

Hello,
I have been learning Power Apps in the previous weeks (I am a C++ developer) and I struggled to find any written information aside from this:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/

1- All documentations I have worked with as a programmer were written, for Power Apps, I can only find training with videos.
2- The documentation very rarely goes into the details. To be exact, I am interested in the performance of the different design decisions, different architectures and so on. I am expected to work (within our company) with tens of millions of records per database (and we have a few tens of those databases). I would love to be able to read about the architecture of power apps, to know the cost of my decisions and set the project constraints.

I apologize if this sounds vague a bit, but I could only find such information in some blogs (I should mention I don't watch videos, for medical reasons).
I might also have different expectations since I am coming with a programmer's background.

Best,
Ali.

In today's world documentation is pretty much all online. The link you posted for Microsoft Learn is where the majority of the documentation is kept. Since Power Apps started as a "Citizen Developer" tool and has only recently started focusing on professional developers there isn't a lot of documentation  such as you are describing.  Here's the link to the home page for the documentation. Power Apps canvas apps documentation - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn The links on ALM and Testing are the closest you will find to what you are looking for.
