I received a failed msg after posting Approval with attachment.
However, if I don't attach or share links, the post is successful.
And this problem happened to all team acs in our company.
Anyone face this issue before and how to solve it?

Sorry for not making my problem clear.
It's the error message popped up after I post an Approvals in Teams Group Chat.
Nothing to do with Automate Flows.
Anyone can assist me to settle my issue? Thanks a lot.
