Unable to find 'flow' under Data tab in excel ribbon

Hello there,

 

I am trying to use a manually Power Automate flow to upload my data from excel to sharepoint, but I cannot find the 'flow' under data tab in excel ribbon. Untitled.png

I've seen that I need a 'flow' add-ins, but I don't know where to download this.
