Export existing inbox email attachments to specific folder

Hi @trice602

Can you give me help on a Power Automate flow? I would like to search for all email in my inbox with attachments and the subject line contains "drp" (I think this is not case sensitive, right?), then perform saving the attachment to specific folder in OneDrive called "Test PA".

I have tried as much as I can, and flow run failed. Would you mind helping me to fix it? I have the following steps for your evaluation:

    Hi @trice602

I pass the run now. It is working with this processes, but I need your help to change subject filter - contain either "DPR" or "dfr". Can you? please

    Hi @tana1 ,

Right after Get Emails action, you need to put in your conditional block and when you select the Subject, it's going to wrap itself in another apply to each.  Be sure to make it look like this, (you are correct, it is case-sensitive), and then under the Yes side, you need to put ALL your remaining actions under Yes.  Your condition defaults to AND, you need to change to OR (shown below).

Please test and let me know.  I'm online tonight.

    Hi @trice602

    That is a great suggestion!

You know what? I am lazy. Since the flow purpose is to search the current inbox which means that will be one-time-only flow, I found alternative way which was successful for "dpr", I changed the subject filter to containing "DFR", re-run it again will capture both dpr and DFR in the /Test PA folder. What do you think?

Thanks for your prompt response. I love it. Again you make my day, continuously second day now. I will continue to learn more power automate in the future. Will keep you in my mind when I have more question if you don't mind I bug you all the time. 😊

Nice! I do that all the time and you are not lazy, you are smart!  Any time I can do more with less actions, that is the ticket! Feel free to tag me in future posts! 🤖🤖🤖🤖🤖
