Adding this here just in case somebody can actually help. Microsoft sort of has a catch all clause saying there not responsible if experimental features stop working. There tech support wouldn't help when I started a ticket and told me to come here instead. Not sure how users can fix this issue.

But the Expression tool tip feature stop working when you enable experimental mode. Even though this new Expression editor been in preview for 2+ years, i always enabled it so i can get to the bigger code editor.

But If you type a function, the tooltips and hints for that expression stop popping up.

I normally don't use the old designer as much anymore, and i know Microsoft trying to shove the new designer into everybody face right away. But would like to see this feature working again for older flows, or larger flows that i still use in the old designer.
