Lots of posts here about emails being triggered twice, but none replicates my problem.
I've reduced what I'm doing to the most basic flow, seen in the picture: if a file in a onedrive folder is modified, send an email. When I make a single modification to a file in the folder (there is only one excel file in it), the notification email is being sent twice: once during the first run, and once more after the recurrance interval has elapsed (5 minutes).
Should it not happen just once?

In fact I just received another modification notification 2 hours later, despite no modification having been made.
It doesn't seem like this is very reliable. It feels like a very simple thing to want to do.
