Hello,
I am trying to set up a flow in Power Automate that records the subject and sender of an email in a Google Sheet whenever I move an email to the "Leads" folder. This is for a shared mailbox.
The process works fine when I send a test email to the mailbox and immediately move it to the folder. However, if my colleague moves an email that has been sitting in the inbox for a while, the flow does not trigger.
Is the issue that Power Automate only detects newly received emails as triggers? If so, is there any way to make it work for emails that are moved to the folder later on?
I am currently using the trigger "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)."
