I need to make a notification flow with conditions:
- The item after created count 2 working days and send a notification email
- only count the working days

If users would quite frequently create new items in the list, to avoid the throttling limits:

You can also arrange to send notification emails for the newly added items 2 working days ago by whether it is a working day or not:
