I configured a webhook in a third-party app (Phrase TMS) that tries to POST to a Power Automate flow that uses the When a HTTP request is receivedtrigger. However, Phrase gets a 401 response (unauthorized).
I have configured it via Azure Entra ID as a registered app, generated a secret key, and added it to the header of the request without luck.
