Partner Center Referrals Synchronization for Salesforce Solution Installation failed

I trying to install the app Partner Center Referrals Synchronization for Salesforce from App source (Business Apps – Microsoft AppSource) following the steps provided by The co-sell connector for Salesforce CRM Partner Center - Partner Center | Microsoft Learn but I am facing issue where the installation fails, I checked with perquisites and the app version I am trying to install is 1.0.2209.1.  

I am getting this following screen

I have no idea for this warning!
