Read an email PDF Attachment for specific text

I have a very simple flow that triggers when an email arrives with a PDF, to read the PDF and if a certain string of text (i.e. 44251) is in the PDF, move it to one folder, otherwise move it to another. I don't know how to use any api connectors, and we don't want to have to buy any 3rd party solution. I have watched videos, tried to use Copilot, and yet my flow is failing on every version I create (hundreds of tries). Can someone please either write the flow or fix this one?

One question before I possibly start, is the number 44251, in the same place in every PDF?

Hi Andrew, thank you. It generally will always be at the bottom, and will always have a space before the "4". Hope that helps.

Okay that helps and I assume you have say 20 or more PDF files already that are different. If that is the case we could use AI to process the documents. But this needs 20 or more for the training to work. Take a look at the following:

Could you cope with the above or is that too much as I note your comments in your original post.

If the above is of interst then all we need to do is to look at the flow part.

If others have any better ideas then please chime in.

This needs to be a flow that runs on every email that lands in dedicated mailbox for these attachments to be processed... there will be countless numbers of emails/attachments that arrive in the mailbox daily. I just need a flow that reads the PDF attachment and finds that number. The video gives great direction, I'll try it. THANK YOU
