Sharepoint List renames the internal fields

Hello,

 

When I upload an excel spreadsheet into site contents page the titles look good but when I check the names of the column names the titles are field_1, field_2.

 

I can't create a manual list because there are over 1600 rows.

 

The app is built on the specific fields thus I need to make sure the fields in the list are the same.

 

How can I upload the excel spreadsheet so the titles are the same as on the spreadsheet?

    It really is much simpler to do this manually, and then copy and paste the 1600 items in manually via grid mode. You can paste in 100 items at a time or so before you hit throttling, so the whole process doesn't take more than about 6 or 7 minutes.
