Power automate license

Hi Experts,

 

Project requirement : Create a paginated report in power BI and share it as a pdf attached in mail to different stakeholders. all these stakeholder have only O365 license and the company doesn't have a premium tenant capacity.

 

We plan to make use of power automate extract the reports as pdf from power BI WS and send it has mail attached to all the users(more than 120).

 

Please let me more about license all these users are part of o365 do they still need any power automate license to get the mails from power automate.

    Automated mail from Power Automate, especially from cloud triggered flows does not require any licensing from end users. You could send this to various Gmails of people outside any Office365 environment if uou really wanted to.
