Hi guys,

i work very good with the planner. We in our company have a plan and buckets by our own names. I want to create a flow that automatically assign the task to a specific user in which bucket the task is stored.

I tried to create a flow but i am not that pro to create it.

Maybe u guys can help me?

Thanks alot!

    Hi @CptnBlau

Have you tried this amazing feature that allows users to create cloud flows from a description ?

🆕 Build your flow just by describing it. 📢 Give ... - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

This feature is designed to help anyone quickly and easily create flows by just describing what you want to automate in everyday language.

Here's an example by describing what you want to automate from your message "create a flow that automatically assign the task to a specific user in which bucket the task is stored."

Need to know the same thing.

Why can't MS Planner notify specific people when a task gets dragged from Bucket A to Bucket B and then into Bucket C. We have several people working on the same project with specific responsibilities along the way and need to be notified when their assigned role is up for the task.

I saw the Flow answer, but our administration won't turn on the Power Automate app for all users. Besides, the flow answer is a lot of hoops to jump through for what seems to be such a simple solution that other kanban platforms out there have implemented so seamlessly.
