Change topic without going until the end of it

Hi,

In my copilot studio, I have a few different topics. My topics are mostly about advice to fix issue. So, a user triggers a topic, the topic give advice and ask question.
My problem is that sometimes there is no need to continue the topic, and I just want to ask another question, but when I do that, my copilot keep asking the same question again and again. I would like my copilot to recognize that I change the subject and answer my new question.

To skip the question and switch to another topic, you could follow Question-> Properties -> Interruptions -> Allow switching to another topic.

Thank you for your answer.

It is already set like that. But from what I understand, it can switch only to other topics, there is this information "If the user's response matches another topic with high confidence, interruption of that topic will be allowed."

I would like the chatbot to also answer with the knowledge base, or maybe the chatbot to say something like "it seems that you are changing topic, here is your answer".
