Auto populate Title with numerical value

Hi All.

I have a form to complete for welfare checks which has all of 4 datacards (2x dropdowns and 2x free text).

I need to be able to automatically generate the title value with a randomised number, with other forms I have used datacard values to populate the hidden title field and have been able to make the values unique for every record, however with so few datacards and variables on this form I'm struggling to make it work.

How can I populate the datacard with a numerical value +1 for each record created?

Hi @Angry_Sys_Admin ,

Could you please share more details about your scenario? Are you using SharePoint list as your data source? Since you are wanting to auto populate the Title column using a unique and incrementing number, how about using the ID column value?

Last(YourList).ID+1
