Hi,

I've tried a couple of changes but i seem not to help, this is what I have:

First I Initialize a variable:

Then I run my flow and in case of a successful file creation setting the variable to "Okay" triggering later the type of email to be send.

When I run the Flow it takes 17 min to set the Variable to "Okay"!

That seems not okay to me.....

Suggestions are welcome (also complete different solutions to se a mail that the flow was successful)
