Register Excel Data when a report is upload in a OneDrive file

Hi everyone, I'm new in power automate and I have troubles with it, I have this table that I have to fill automatically

and the work staff must upload the reports in this file  in Onedrive

if the workers upload the report, the indicated cell must change to "ok", but if this is not upload in the indicated time, it must change to "vencido", if anyone know hot to automate this I will be greatful

 

PD: Alternatives to OneDrive are accepted

    Have you solved your problem?

    Do you want to update an item when you upload the report to a specific folder on OneDrive?

    Could you please tell me more about your scenario?

     

    I want to explain to you that if you want to update an cell from an excel sheet when you upload it to the OneDrive, I am afraid there is no way to achieve this using Power Automate.

     

    Actually, the trigger "When an file is created" could only help you get the file properties. You could only update some metadata like modified.
