Hi there I'm a newbie 4-days into using Approvals. I'm using a Flow with Approvals to automate our Process Change Request process. I'm using Everyone must approve. I think I know how to accomplish what I'm trying to do, but wondering if any of you more seasoned folks might have a better way. I have a SharePoint Update Item under each leg of a Condition. It is updating a SharePoint list and works well, but I'm wanting to revise it so that only the comments from the employee that rejected the request will be saved in a list column "Rejection Notes".

I'm thinking a Condition with Responses Approver Response = Rejected, on the True leg, then the action Update Item - List - Rejection Notes - dynamic content of Responses Comments

Is there an easier/better way to accomplish this?
