Hi There,
This behavior can occur if the "Send As" permission is misconfigured or if there's a caching issue with the Power Automate flow connection. To fix this use these steps -
Ensure that doug@doug.onmicrosoft.com has the "Send As" permission for enquiries@doug.onmicrosoft.com in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Also Navigate to Power Automate. Go to "Data" and then "Connections." Find and delete the connection in question. Re-add the connection and re-authenticate.
Edit the flow that uses the "Send an Email (V2)" action. Ensure that the "From (send as)" field is set correctly to enquiries@doug.onmicrosoft.com.
Hope this will help.
Please give kudos and mark as solution if it helps.
Thanks,
Sandeep Mishra
