I am trying to make a flow that would take responses from a Microsoft form (built out of excel so it exports to excel already as a new row) and export it to a different excel form (or word template), and save that file as either a pdf, excel or word file, and email me that either that file has been created or with the file included in the attachment (preferred.)
I have a word document and excel document.
Essentially I am looking for someone to fill out a form and have it email me the response in a pre-filled template.
you need to add dynamic content blocks to your word document, then use the populate a word document action to map the form responses to your word document. When you add the content control be sure to use plain text not Rich text and also add unique tags
