3I have Notification types set for Success and Errors based on whether or not a new record was created in sp list.
I've received a request to see if it's possible for an appmaker to receive an email if the error notification message is ever displayed.
Is this possible? Maybe with a hidden label on the background of the app screen that can somehow display a true/false for the error handling notification and possibly run the flow based on that true/false value? We have maybe 2 or 3 instances of users stated that submitted the form yet when we check the sharepoint list there is no record of it or evidence of the flow that gets triggered anytime someone does actually submit.
