Get Email (Outlook) not getting emails in sub-folders

Hi experts,

I want to get emails from Inbox and all folders inside Inbox. But "get emails" (Outlook) only get emails from the Folder you give in the folder field.

How can I fix this or crate a workaround? I need to search in all folders

    Hi @LuizaPena ,

I did the test on my side, and it is exactly the same as what you described. Currently, the Get emails action can only get the emails contained in the specified folder but not the emails in the subfolders.

I am afraid that MS Flow does not support such a feature at present. If you want such a feature to be supported by MS Flow, please consider voting for a similar idea below:

Also, you could post your idea in the Flow Ideas forum, so it might be considered for future releases.

In addition, you could consider adding the parallel branch to specify subfolders to get the emails contained in them.

Or create multiple Flows directly to correspond to these subfolders. You can use Save as to create multiple copies of Flow, and then just change the folder.

    Best Regards,
