Azure DevOps (VSTS) send out of office notification

Hi!

When User A comments on a ticket and tags (@) user B, and User B is out of office, we want to notify User A.

Is this possible?

I tried doing an Outlook rule and also a Microsoft Flow that looked for the email notification from devops@microsoft.com to User B (triggered after a comment is made), but the auto reply went back to the Azure email address and not User A.

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?

How do you check the user B is out of office?

Hi @bhurst ，

As your said, the auto reply went back to the Azure email address and not User A.

Please make sure the trigger emial is from User A to User B.
