I use 'A' account to create cloud flow for run a desktop flow that host on VM machine that use 'B' account remote to.
if I use attended run mode, it works fine.
if I use unattended run mode, it can't work with below error, please help advise, thanks!
Hi @lion ,
Yes, it is possible to turn off MFA on your VM and is a common practice. In this case, you would convince your I/T leadership to turn on MFA for account B for your VM so you can run unattended flows. Again, pretty common practice as far as I am aware.
we use 'Duo mobile on android' to authenticate, when cloud flow start, I receive the approval in my mobile, once approved, the flow runs well.
is it possible bypass the 'duo mobile on android' step?
for my scenario, which account used for run desktop flow? A or B
Hi @lion ,
Most of the time when I see this it is because someone is still logged in to the VM. As you know, there cannot be any active logins for an unattended session to initiate. As a test I recommend the following: restart your VM to ensure no one is logged in, and then resubmit your cloud-to-unattended RPA.
