What are the steps I should take to create a flow that incorporates a Power BI report date filter URL link, where report date equals email sent date?
For eg : https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/reports/8176121?Table/Date eg '1-Oct'
The email flow contains a link and updates the email body with the same link as the email's sent date.

thanks for your reply. I went go through the link. I am unfamiliar how to link in the flow. I can add the bi link in the email body but it is static. Should I create date parameter and include parameter at the end of the item
yes, modify the report URL string to include your dynamic date filter according to the documentation.
