How do I set up a flow in Power Automate from my account that has permissions to email as everyone in the organization?

I have setup an onboarding flow that triggers off of a form. I have set this up using my Office 365 account. My goal is to have any employee fill the form out and it trigger my flow to send an email from the person that fills the form out. I am running into a couple of issues:

 

  1.  When filling the form out as another user, the flow fails because my mailbox does not have permissions to send as them.
  2.  When I go to update the send as permissions in O365 admin center, I am limited to giving send as permissions to my inbox for only a maximum of 5 users.

 

What is the best approach to make this flow have the ability to send off an email for everyone in the organization? The flow does not necessarily need to be hosted on my account, it can be moved if needed.
