Are you using the correct input for file content in activity Create File?

It looks like you are trying to get a file which doesn't exist yes because Convert word activity is one step further.

    |Hi thanks for he reply - the "Name" Dynamic when I hover over it refers to Create file3 and the file name in the error message refers to the generated Word .docx

    Can you try:

At activity Convert Word to PDF. At File = /Contractor.../Name.PDF

Many thanks - I have now found the problem

The Word Template had become corrupt and had unreadable content which when populated and created into a word file was pulling through to the file I was trying to convert to PDF

This was not showing as corrupt when opening the word file in SharePoint, but when I open in Desktop App - give an error message - this is what PowerApps was struggling to get past - Recreating and populating a new template to overcome the corrupt file
