Hi,
I am planning to automate an employee-offboardingsproces.
What i would like to have:
1. Hiring manager fills in an leaversform
2. Creates several to-do-items on a sharepoint-list. This list is owned by HR.
3. Sends out several approvals to internal staff, for example a request to an application-owner to archive a employee in a system.
4. As soon as the application-owner has done this action, he/she clicks on approve.
5. The item in the list gets updated, with 'approved', and an approved-date, etc.
I have worked out a proces, which works. I have to build a lot per approval, and there are quite some approvals.
Can you guys think of a way to make this flow less complicated. So for example several approvals-actions, and only one action to update the items in the list? Here is the flow for 1 of the approvals that i have created so far. Thanks!
