Hello.

I'm new to Power Automate so simple guidance is needed if possible please.

I have built an MS branching form that links to a SharePoint list. I have also done Parse JSON to make attachments appear correctly in that list.

I now need to take names entered in the form (not the submitter, it is a free type name field) and change them into an email address on the list.

I think I need to add in Search for users V2 within my current flow - I tried to follow this process here Get responses from Forms to Microsoft Lists using Power Automate – Norm Young and the output gave all the right details for the name I entered, but it didn't appears in the relevant field on my list.

Can someone please provide guidance on how I can do this? There are too many variables to allow for all of the email addresses to be added to the MS form as an option.
