I had an approval work flow that was working very well before, and for a while without finding the reason, the workflow blocked at the approval stage with the following message: 
 
"XrmApprovalsUserRoleNotFound'. Error Message: ‘The “Approvals User” role is missing from the linked XRM instance. "

I've tried to create a basic work flow for approvals but I keep getting the same error and I can't find the source. Can you please help me?

    The error message indicates that the user assigned the approval does not have "Approval User" permissions in the environment. You need to go to the admin center of the environment and find the user and then give them the "Approval User" permission level. You will need to do this for anyone who will complete an approval.

    the administrator had accidentally deleted security roles and we are also thinking of the Approval user role in the dynamics 365 crm, he tried again to import the missing components (MicrosoftDynamicsflowApprovalsCore.plugin), but now I have the following message which is different from the first one.
