Element with selector span not found

Good afternoon All experts
I am new to power automate desktop and needing some help. I am automating a task. So far everything works smoothly except for 1 element.
Using the recorder or adding the action "click link on web page" manually throws the same error message on the same element every time. Even if a build a new flow in a different environment.
I have searched through the forum and found 2 similar error messages but the use cases are different and the solutions given there cannot be emulated.
Would someone help me figure out what is wrong with this element? because I cannot see it.

Thank you in advance

This is the UI element in the browser. Clicking on the pencil open a new page.

PAD captures it as "span" regardless of using the recorder or manually selecting it with the "click link on web page" action.

    Hey Hi,

In the selector instead of ID please change it to name or text.
You Can also try with CSS Selector.

(Note:- if you got your solution you can mark as solution and gives kudos)

    Thanks & Regards

    Hi

Ensure that your div ID remains constant and also consider adding an image as a fallback option.
This will be beneficial if PAD cannot identify the mapped selector.

    Thanks,
    Deenu

@Deenuji_Loganathan and @VishnuReddy1997, both responses solved the problem but it will only allow me to select one as the "verified answer"

Thank you both of you very much. I appreciate your assistance.
